Success

So Thursday was a success! I was awake by 11 and had lunch at about 1:30. I took T and R to get new running shoes and had them at practice on time! I guess I'm slowly making my way back into the Real World.

Thursday was also Sister's birthday. I had dinner with her and Brother-in-law and then we went out for a drink (or 2)! We had a really good time and just might go out again tonight. That is if I can get Big Daddy up and moving. He's really acting like an old man tonight...but he's napping now, so maybe he'll feel up to going out later.

For now, I am going to take the dog for a walk and enjoy the evening outside. I've been inside all day reading a new blog I found last night. It's called Bring the Rain. It is a beautifully written and emotionally draining blog. Angie has been posting since January about her beautiful family, including her sweet baby, Audrey.
