"I truly believe that menu planning is one of the best places to start in your quest to get organized. Each week over 200 ladies share what’s on their menus for the week and we’d love to have you join us! It’s a wonderful opportunity to keep your menu planning efforts on track week after week not to mention the many great ideas and recipes that come from reading the menus of the many other participants."
I read Laura's blog at orgjunkie.com. She hosts a blog carnival called Menu Plan Monday. Here's what Laura says about menu planning...
I already plan my menu every week, well almost every week, so I am joining the masses (there are over 400 bloggers participating this week!) It's a great place to learn new recipes and get some different dinner ideas!
So here's what we'll be eating this week:
Marinara and Alfredo sauces
Macaroni and Cheese
Queso Cheese Dip (from Costco)
Baked chicken breast
Grilled cheese for the girls (because they are The Pickiest Eaters!)
Broccoli with Cheese
Pizza night (take out or frozen)
Hopefully a Date Night!
This is not my most creative menu. I hope this blog carnival will also encourage me to try some new recipes. I have also been trying to include at least one vegetable (not potatoes) with each meal. Of course, the kids don't eat them, but at least I am offering them!
